Creating a Movie in Moviemaker

Moviemaker is a program that students have on their laptop.

ONE person will need to create a Moviemaker project.

*DON'T FORGET* - Create a folder for your Moviemaker project and put every picture, video, audio file AND the Moviemaker project in that folder.

You can save the folder on your desktop, a flash drive, or any other place on your computer.

Don't forget to export the project as a movie and then you can share it with Ms. Belmares in OneDrive.

This video tutorial will get you started in creating your Moviemaker movie.

Creating a Movie in PowerPoint

Remember, you can create your Video Ad using PowerPoint the way you did with your stories earlier in the year.

1.)   Create your Power Point using pictures and videos.

2.) Add audio - you can use the headsets from the Library.

3.) Save your Power Point as a Movie.

Downloading videos from YouTube

If you want to insert YouTube Videos into your ad, you are going to need to download it as an MP4 file first.

Use:

KeepVid

Clip Converter

and then save the MP4 file on your computer to insert into Moviemaker or POwerpoint.

You can also use KeepVd or Clip Conveter to pull MP3 files from YouTube so that you can insert songs into your videos.

WeVideo

WeVideo is an online video creation tool. It's just another option for creating videos and it doesn't require software to use, it's all based online.

They have a very helpful YouTube Channel called WeVideo Academy that will help you create videos and movies.
