iMovie

iMovie

iMovie must be done on the MACs in the Library.

You will have class time to work on your projects or you may also come to the Library before and after school and/or during your Lunch and Supervision to work on your movie.

iMovie Helpful Tips

You must use the same MAC laptop computer and login for the entirety of your project.

iMovie saves automatically in the app, but you must use the same computer to retrieve it.

1.) CREATE AN EVENT- name it your class name in iMovie then

2.) CREATE A PROJECT - name it with the last names of all group members.

Save all your images in a folder on the desktop or to a flashdrive BEFORE entering them into iMovie.

You may shoot your own video footage and import it into iMovie.

You can use video from YouTube or other sources, but you must download it first. Use KeepVid to download video as a file, then save it to your computer.

You may record your voice as an audio track and/or download music and import it to your project.

After you have finished your project, you can upload it to YouTube - if you have a Google account, you have a channel on YouTube.
