  • Discover locations or settings from literature.
  • Virtual visits to scientifically significant landforms, such as a volcano or the Galapagos islands.
  • Create visual presentations describing sites of historically significant events. 
  • Create virtual stories using 360 images accompanied with text and/or narration.
  • Virtual field trips to foreign countries accompanied with students' narrative descriptions.

Lesson Description:  This lesson integrates research, writing, and speaking with the goal of developing students’ critical thinking and organizational skills.  As students conduct targeted research based on a particular geographic locations, they will demonstrate understanding through the synthesis of multiple sources and organization of materials by creating a virtual reality tour.
